a team of about 40 crazies have spent best part of this past week & weekend assembling & wo/manning a beautiful marquee smack in the middle of the mud, music & mayhem of glastonbury festival, somerset. it's a cosy pad with sofas; coconut matting, pink, orange & yellow canopies; video; art gallery; cheapo coffee, hot choc, tea; cushions; cafe; stage; pink piano; hair salon; live music; djs; chat & quiz shows; rainproof roof; lovable people & a positive atmosphere..o' course beth & i are ducking out this year as we is getting married real soon.
also-today our good pal christine was ordained (ie-knighted/annointed/become a made guy/given the job as..) a deacon in the church of england plc.holy luck to her - we pray that she will bless many & many will bless her. by the way, gloucester cathedral was majestic, gotta say.
